The Darn Yarn Shop & Fibre Mill is open Mondays through Fridays from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm and every Saturday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays. If you have any questions or would like an appointment, please contact us.
Our yarn mill is located at 5884 Cherry Road, TNRD, BC.
The current wait time on a finished yarn order is 18+ months. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Yes! Please contact us before bringing your order in to make an appointment and fill out our custom milling form.
Please review our Preparing Raw Fleece page to help get the best product possible from your fleece.
Yarn and other items must be returned in new condition within 30 days.
Semi-worsted Spun yarn has these attributes:
- All fibres are combed
- Short fibres removed
- Remaining fibres are aligned and spun
- Pill resistant and hard wearing
- Amazing stitch definition
- No prickle - Longer fibres mean no unwanted ends sticking out to scratch
